Kaziranga is India’s own version of Africa’s Savannahs. The last remaining strong hold of the Indian One Horned Rhinoceros, a visit to the park makes for an incredible experience. You will safari on elephant back through a vast sea of tall grass and spot some exotic birdlife (remember to bring a pair of binoculars) and mighty rhinos. If you are lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the elusive tiger! The tour continues into the “Abode of Clouds,” Meghalaya. You will get to explore the vibrant city of Shillong, visit one of India’s wettest towns, Cherrapunjee, and raft on the mighty Brahmaputra river in Guhawati.

DAY 2 GUWAHATI – KAZIRANGA
Guwahati to Kaziranga National Park After breakfast transfer to Kaziranga National Park, (217 Km. / 4.5 Hrs) experience the rich wildlife, flora and fauna, O.N at Hotel

DAY 3 KAZIRANGA
Jungle Safari at Kaziranga National Park Early Morning Elephant safari at Kaziranga N.P followed by Jeep Safari into the Central Range, rest of the day free at the Lodge, O.N at Hotel.

DAY 4 KAZIRANGA – SHILLONG
Kaziranga – Shillong After breakfast transfer to Shillong (345 Km./ 7 Hrs.), afternoon half day sightseeing tour of Shillong covering (Elephant Falls, Shillong Peak (6445 Ft.) which provides a bird’s eye view of SHILLONG, Wards Lake, William Lake, Botanical Garden, Raj Bhawan & Golf Course, O.N at Hotel.

DAY 5 SHILLONG- CHERRAPUNJI – SHILLONG
Cherrapunjee Excursion After breakfast full day excursion trip to Cherrapunjee (70 Km./2 Hrs), back to Shillong, evening free, O.N at Hotel.

DAY 6 SHILLONG – GUWAHATI
Shillong – Guwahati After breakfast transfer to Guwahati, evening river cruise on Brahmaputra, O.N at Hotel.

DAY 7 FINAL DEPARTURE FROM GUWAHATI
Guwahati Transfer to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
