ITINERARY IN BRIEF
You will be received at Chandigarh airport and driven to Manali. While on our drive along the banks of the Beas River the scenery is mesmerizing as we enter the beautiful lush Kullu valley before reaching the picturesque locale of Manali. Overnight in the hotel in Manali.
We start our drive heading to Dhundi. Today is an easy trek along the banks of the Beas River, with some minor stretches uphill. We walk through beautiful forests filled with various different species of trees till we reach our campsite in Bhakarthatch. Overnight at the campsite.
After an early breakfast, we continue our uphill climb towards the Beas Kund. We proceed over the beautiful meadows towards the source of the Beas. We are surrounded by majestic snow-covered mountains like Hanuman Tibba, Shithidar and Friendship Peak. After lunch we retrace our steps back to our campsite. Overnight at the campsite.
We continue trekking through forests reaching the camping grounds of Noali at the side of a beautiful river. From there we continue uphill to our campsite at a magical spot called Lady Leg. Overnight at the campsite at Lady Leg.
Today we climb up to the glacier on Mount Friendship Peak. After spending some time on the glacier and in the snow, we return back to our camp at Lady Leg. Overnight at the campsite at Lady Leg.
We retrace our steps down the mountain back to Dhundi, where the vehicles will be waiting to take us back to Manali for good night’s rest and lots of celebrations. Overnight in the hotel in Manali.
After an early breakfast we proceed down to Chandigarh airport for our flight home.
